Glenn was bitten by the theatre “bug” early in life when Mrs. Stanton, Theatre Director for the school he was attending - 'Escola Americana' in Rio De Janeiro - asked him to run the lighting for the high school play. He never looked back! Glenn has more than four decades of experience in lighting design and project management for architectural, themed entertainment, film, television, concerts, and corporate events all over the globe. For the past 15 years Glenn has been a key part of the Lightswitch team on a wide variety of projects both domestically and internationally, including the Coca Cola Pavilion at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, The Bubble Theatre at City of Dreams in Macau, Singapore Science Center, Universal Studios, Singapore – Elmo Ride, KACARE, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and work for Apple, Google, Salesforce and Facebook
Glenn has designed lighting for corporate events and trade shows for Mack Truck, Lincoln Auto, Panasonic, Canon, Sony, Oracle, Merck Pharmaceuticals, I.B.M. He served as lighting director for The Jon Stewart Show, Bill Cosby’s You Bet Your Life, and Ask Dr. Ruth, and designed the concert lighting for the film Rock Star. He was projection supervisor for The Rolling Stones Steel Wheels world tour and Pink Floyd’s The Wall in Berlin.
In addition to his lighting design and project management experience, Glenn served as General Manager for Production Arts Europe, establishing their London operations and overseeing all aspects of their large-format projection equipment sales and rental business.
