Every two years, the McDonalds Corporation stages a truly massive event – all 18,000 global owners and operators are invited to convene for three days of business meetings, exhibits, training and entertainment. Lightswitch has been proud to light the tremendous general session gatherings since 1998.
The meetings needed to accommodate an ‘arena’ sized audience, while establishing a profoundly intimate setting. The meeting balances high-energy entertainment with introspective personal tributes. In order to support this richly innovative experience, Lightswitch designed flexible systems of automated fixtures, seamlessly integrated with immersive media design.
