Medtronic

Washington | 2003

A comparison of the initial rendering with the actual booth photograph will show that the careful planning and coordination between exhibit designers and Lightswitch resulted in a project that looked very 'close to concept', with no unwelcome surprises for the client.

What It Was

As a leader in medical cardiac technology, Medtronic AVE wanted to communicate a clean sophisticated image to its target market - well read, highly educated doctors and health care professionals. The Medtronic AVE booth at the Transcathether Cardiovascular Therapeutics show (TCT) was part demonstration operating theater, part meeting space and part lounge.

The booth designer’s choice of rich surfaces and textiles combined with Lightswitch's subtle, sophisticated lighting to produce a booth that was perfectly suited to their target audience and delivered a space that spoke volumes about their company.
