Merle Norman is a leader in the field of cosmetics and skin care. Needless to say visual impact is key component of the company’s message, and they wanted to immerse their sales force in brand specific images and color.

What We Did

Merle Norman is a leader in the field of cosmetics and skin care. Needless to say visual impact is key component of the company’s message, and they wanted to immerse their sales force in brand specific images and color. But the meeting was to be held in a very bland, neutral room so the producer turned to Lightswitch for help - we saw this room as an opportunity, not a problem. Using high output video projectors we ‘painted’ the walls of the room with images, texture and color, controlled by media server technology. By providing both lighting and media design and drawing from our extensive stock media library on site, we were able to keep media costs under control, and virtually eliminate expensive pre production.

Why It Worked

Still working within realistic budget criteria, we were able to turn a bland ballroom into an immersive, branded environment, supporting the key product messages that were delivered to the audience. The event was a huge success, and received extremely positive audience response.
