The use of cool daylight color temperature fixtures for exhibits is contrasted with warm incandescent sources which provide ambient light and accent details.

What It Was

The Spirit of Ford Visitors Center and Museum houses the Advanced Technology Lab, which is designed to give visitors of all ages insight into the role that technology plays in modern vehicle design and operation.

What We Did

The use of cool daylight color temperature fixtures for exhibits is contrasted with warm incandescent sources which provide ambient light and accent details.

The area is largely unsupported by a curatorial staff, so particular attention was paid to ensuring that lighting is as low maintenance as possible.
