Hailey has had the unique experience of growing up in the entertainment lighting industry. Through being exposed to lighting design at a young age, she was able to focus her efforts throughout her educational career. She earned a BA in Theatre Design and Production from Arizona State University where she also led the student run theatre company, Binary. Since graduating, Hailey has made it her mission to learn all facets of the lighting industry from the ground up. This drove her to take on many roles, from 7th person on a 6 person lighting crew, to Front of House technician, to lighting programmer and director for international concert tours with acts ranging from Paul McCartney to Taylor Swift. She was named one of Live Design’s ’30 Under 30’ for being a ‘mover and shaker’ in her field. Hailey takes her technical background, keen eye for detail, and experiences from traveling the world to incorporate unique ideas, perspectives, and a sense of fun into her work. She enjoys cooking, dogs, and a good gin and tonic.
