What It Was

This landmark play tells the story of two low level crooks who spend time scheming in a junk shop on how to pull off a robbery.

What We Did

Lighting design reflected the clutter and disorganization of the shop while maintaining focus on the actors, thereby enhancing the feeling of the play.

Why It Worked

The production was originally created at the Donmar Warehouse in London, and the show was then transferred to the Atlantic Theater in New York. Skilled Lightswitch designers helped to preserve the unity of the design between the two very different theaters.
