Bacardi hosted an event that spanned 3 days over Labor Day Weekend and took over significant real estate at the Palms Hotel including the Ghost Bar, the club Rain and the pool. Each of these spaces was converted to B Live Bacardi environments.
Lightswitch conceived and designed the entire event from lighting to multimedia, down to vendor selection and labor. Working closely with the producers, Javelin, Lightswitch incorporated fresh ideas using cutting-edge technology in their designs.
Lightswitch incorporated Bacardi branding into every aspect of this event using new video technologies such as Versa Tubes and Versa Tiles along with video projection and more traditional lighting. Special effect lighting was used to create high-energy environments and theme each of the three spaces used. This resulted in a magnificent event that both the producers and Bacardi were thrilled with.
