Lighting and media were developed in line with the exhibit architecture to create a cohesive and unified design. Lightswitch worked with the exhibit architects to integrate museum-quality lighting into the architecture delivering a more refined and permanent feel for the temporary structure.

What It Was

Designed by The George P. Johnson Company, Infiniti’s exhibit design for North American auto shows is about striking the balance between performance and luxury while delivering the experience of driving an Infiniti through an immersive activated environment. This concept carries forward into their media events as well and is broadcast via satellite to global Infiniti offices and via traditional media and internet channels to the worldwide public.

What We Did

Lighting and media were developed in line with the exhibit architecture to create a cohesive and unified design. Lightswitch worked with the exhibit architects to integrate museum-quality lighting into the architecture delivering a more refined and permanent feel for the temporary structure. We also designed lustrous and rich media to convey the sensual and emotional experience of driving an Infiniti.

Why It Worked

The Infiniti exhibit was filled with warmth and sophistication and contrasted well with its neighbor and competitor exhibits. The balance between technology and emotion permeated throughout every aspect of the experience, distinguishing the Infiniti brand among the world’s luxury automobile makers.
